A high capacity machine that slices, dices, shreds and grates. It processes vegetables, fruits, cheese, bread and nuts and is suitable for restaurants, canteens, catering kitchens, fast food counters and food processing plants.

  • Construction all stainless steel type 316 & 304 with panel thickness from 2 mm to 6 mm, fully welded with bead blast finish
  • Motor 1.5 kw with brake, Single or 3 phase with 24v control circuit (2.2 KW optional extra)
  • Safety all areas of potential danger are interlocked and monitored to category 4.  Switches are stainless steel casing with IP 67 protection
  • Feed Hopper attachment for continuous feeding of potatoes, onions, carrots, swede, etc.
  • Manual push feed attachment for fast and convenient feeding of carrots, cabbage, cheese, lettuce, dried bread, nuts and other foods that require feed pressure.
  • 4 tube feed attachment for continuous oriented cutting of tomatoes, leek, cucumber, peppers, citrus fruit etc.
  • Output Up to 1000kg per hour, depending on the feeder, cutting plate and foods being processed.
  • Stainless steel type 316 cutting plates for minimal service requirements and longer service life
  • Stable front feet are adjustable for height, making the machine stable even on an uneven floor
